Creator of this club, author, recipe developer, and contributor to a national newspaper, as well as the managing director of St. Raphael Hotel. She is a mother of three, a wife, and an award-winning businesswoman who has been vegan for over eight years, holding a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the Colin T. Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. Her vision is to explore well-being through food, the soul, and our actions while building a vibrant community that embraces nourishing food and mindful living.
